Certificates of Occupancy for Building E

It has been an exciting two weeks at Brush Creek Village! Certificates of occupancy of have been issued for Building E and more units have gone under contract leaving only 3 units available in Phase 1. Finishing touches are taking place in Building E and we will be scheduling final cleans soon. Building G is about 2 weeks out from final inspections. The remaining garage doors will be installed next week. Interior railing installation will wrap up the final week of month. Shower glass is being fabricated and the painters are on site working on final touch ups.

Peak fall colors!

The colors this fall have been spectacular with the peak hitting over the course of this last week. It has been a marvelous reminder as to why we all love living here! We are thrilled to see the new owners in Building C moving in and getting settled. (Congrats again!) Phase 1 continues to look more complete with the installation of exterior railings on Building E. The final CO inspection schedule will be finalized following a few additional tweaks to the interior railings. Garage door installation has started on Building A and the painters have returned to complete final painting and touch ups. Appliances were installed last week and stair tread installation is also complete.

While the leaves may be falling, the weather continues to be spectacular! There's still time to visit and see why this is many locals' favorite time of year. And while you're here, be sure to schedule a private tour of Brush Creek Village!

Fall is here!

It is officially fall in the valley and the leaves are starting to pop! If you are looking to catch the peak, do not wait too long to visit. Building C is complete and has passed all inspections. Closings are taking place this week and we are so happy to welcome the new owners to the community. Final inspections are taking place in Building E and final cleans will be scheduled for next week. Trim carpenters are on site in Building A and stair treads are being installed. We are getting closer and closer to wrapping all of Phase 1.
